All AI-generated responses are provided for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute:

Verified facts or absolute truths
Official recommendations or endorsements

1.2 AI Limitations

AI models can and do:

Hallucinate: Generate plausible-sounding but incorrect information
Have outdated knowledge: Training data has cutoff dates

We have no control over third-party API pricing changes

We do not guarantee 100% uptime
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
AI provider outages are outside our control
We may modify or discontinue features at any time

We are not affiliated with OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Mistral, or other AI model providers unless explicitly stated

5.1 Affiliate Links and Commissions

Some outbound product links in Socratic ONE — including links that appear inside AI-generated discussion output, The Brief, and shared pages — are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission from purchases, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labeled where they appear.

Commissions do not influence which AI models participate in a discussion, what those models conclude, or how The Brief reports their agreement and disagreement.

Clicking an affiliate link is a navigation you choose to make. It takes you to the merchant's own site, which receives your browser's standard request data along with a tag identifying Socratic ONE as the referrer. What the merchant does with that data is governed by the merchant's own privacy policy.

Your use or inability to use the service
Any AI-generated content or advice
Actions taken based on AI responses
Third-party API costs or failures
Data loss or security incidents
