2. Description of Service

Socratic ONE facilitates collaborative research discussions among multiple AI models. Users provide their own API keys to access AI providers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person; no shared accounts

3.2 API Keys

  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
  • You must comply with each AI provider's terms of service
  • Any API usage costs are your responsibility

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Tier

Free accounts have limited access as described in our pricing.

4.2 Pro Subscription

  • Billed monthly at $10/month
  • Continues until canceled
  • Cancel anytime; access continues until period end
  • No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Share accounts or resell access
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the Service
  • Violate AI provider terms of service

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property.

6.2 Your Content

You retain rights to your research topics and any original content you create. AI-generated responses are subject to each AI provider's terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
